8 Rooms. 8 Live Channels. An Accessible Conference Experience.

8 Rooms. 8 Live Channels. An Accessible Conference Experience.

The Swiss Public Health Conference, organized by Public Health Switzerland and the Swiss School of Public Health (SSPH+), brings together experts from science, practice, and politics at the University of Lucerne. Lectures, discussions, and sessions take place simultaneously in various lecture halls and seminar rooms.

accessify.live supports the conference with a total of eight parallel live channels. Participants have their own digital access for each room. Via their personal smartphone, they can directly access the live audio, real-time transcription, and live translations.

The content is translated in real-time between German, French, Italian, and English. Access is directly via the browser, without an app, without registration, and without additional hardware for participants.

The strength of the approach is particularly evident at a conference with multiple parallel rooms: accessify.live can be used centrally and, at the same time, flexibly scaled to different sessions and rooms. Participants decide for themselves which channel and which language they want to use.

This reduces linguistic and acoustic barriers, making the conference content accessible to more people. At the same time, it creates a solution for organizers that can be easily integrated into the existing event experience.

This is precisely why we developed accessify.live: to make live content easier to hear, read, and understand – regardless of language, hearing ability, or room.

A more accessible conference experience. Simple, digital, and scalable.
